By registering as a Direct Seller with Kiaara Diamonds, a brand operated by 4CERA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Free Registration

• Registration as a Direct Seller is completely free of cost.
• The Company does not charge any joining fee, registration fee, or compulsory purchase fee.

2. Eligibility

• The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• The applicant must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• Submission of valid KYC documents and PAN is mandatory for activation and incentive payouts.

3. Nature of Association

• A Direct Seller is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of the Company.
• Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer–employee relationship.

4. Product-Centric Business

• Kiaara Diamonds operates a product-based direct selling model.
• All incentives, rewards, and benefits are generated only from actual product sales and consumption.
• The business is not an investment scheme, money circulation plan, or income guarantee program.

5. Purchase & Activation

• The first purchase for ID activation shall be made at MRP.
• Subsequent purchases shall be made at Distributor Price (DP) as per Company policy.
• All purchases are voluntary and based on individual business decisions.

6. Income & Incentives

All incomes are performance-based and depend on:

• Product sales
• Customer satisfaction
• Team development
• Compliance with Company policies

• The Company does not guarantee any income or earnings.
• Incentives are subject to eligibility conditions, incentive thresholds, weekly/monthly closings, and applicable taxes.

7. Incentive Thresholds

• Incentives are subject to defined threshold limits and not capping.
• Any incentive amount beyond the applicable threshold shall not be payable and shall lapse.
• Cashback Wallet benefits linked to a purchase cycle may be adjusted or reset if threshold limits are reached.

8. Ethical Conduct

• Direct Sellers must act honestly, ethically, and transparently.
• Misleading income claims, false promises, or product misrepresentation are strictly prohibited.
• Cross-sponsoring, fake sales, or system manipulation is not allowed.

9. Marketing & Promotion

• Direct Sellers shall use only Company-approved marketing materials.
• All online and offline promotions must comply with Company guidelines, advertising standards, and applicable laws.

10. Taxes & Compliance

• All incentives are subject to TDS, GST, or other statutory deductions as per applicable law.
• The Direct Seller is solely responsible for declaring income in personal tax returns.

11. Termination & Suspension

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Direct Seller ID for policy violations, unethical conduct, or legal non-compliance.
• Upon termination, unpaid incentives may lapse as per Company policy.

12. Grievance Redressal

Direct Sellers may raise grievances through the Company’s Grievance Redressal Mechanism in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

13. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure legal compliance.
• Continued association implies acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Courts at Delhi (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Declaration & Acceptance

By clicking “I Agree” or signing the registration form, the applicant confirms that he/she has:

• Read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agreed to comply with Company policies, Compensation Plan, and Code of Ethics
• Understood that income is not guaranteed and depends on personal effort and product sales
