1. Ethical Conduct

Every Direct Seller of Kiaara Diamonds must act with honesty, integrity, and transparency in all dealings with customers, prospects, and team members.

2. Product Representation

  • Products must be represented accurately and truthfully.
  • No false or misleading claims regarding price, quality, benefits, or income potential are permitted.

3. Income Claims

Direct Sellers must not:

  • Promise guaranteed income
  • Use terms such as ROI, fixed returns, or assured profit
  • Misrepresent the business as an investment scheme

All income depends on product sales, performance, and individual effort.

4. Customer Rights

Direct Sellers must:

  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and company policies
  • Respect customer choice, consent, and privacy
  • Strictly follow the Company’s return and refund procedures

5. Prohibited Practices

Direct Sellers must not:

  • Engage in cross-sponsoring
  • Misuse or share personal data without authorization
  • Create fake accounts or generate artificial sales
  • Pressure or coerce customers into making purchases

6. Compliance with Law

All Direct Sellers must comply with:

  • Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021
  • Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws
  • Company policies, procedures, and official updates

7. Disciplinary Action

Violation of this Code of Ethics may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Suspension or withdrawal of incentives
  • Termination of Direct Seller ID
  • Legal action, where required

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Code of Ethics to maintain legal and ethical standards. Continued association with the Company implies acceptance of the updated Code.
