Scope of Grievances

Customers and Direct Sellers may raise grievances relating to, but not limited to:

  • Product quality, delivery delays, or defects
  • Order cancellation, refund, or replacement
  • Cashback Wallet or incentive discrepancies
  • Direct Seller conduct or ethical concerns
  • Account activation, suspension, or termination
  • Any violation of Company policies or Direct Selling Rules

Grievance Resolution Process

  • Grievances must be submitted through the official email ID or Company-approved communication channels.
  • A ticket number shall be generated for future reference, and every grievance shall be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The Company shall investigate and resolve the grievance within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • If additional information is required, the complainant shall be informed accordingly.
  • Resolution details shall be communicated to the complainant via email or registered contact details.
